This is a stunning looking faucet. I LOVED it. However, the faucet started leaking internally within a year of installation, with very light use, while still under warranty. Wayfair chat bot told me they could not help me (!!) I called the manufacturer, who was extremely helpful and offered to send me an immediate replacement but due to my circumstances I needed a same-day replacement and had already bought another faucet. I was told that they would ordinarily offer me a full refund, but because I bought the faucet from Wayfair I would have to deal with Wayfair. I then called Wayfair customer service, and spoke to a very helpful person who gave me "an exception" and is issuing me a refund upon the return of the faulty faucet. I'll say AI chatbot ZERO stars and Signature Hardware FIVE STARS... Wayfair customer service FOUR STARS. Why is it "an exception" if the product is still under warranty? (I also don't get why they need to receive the broken faucet in order to send my refund).

Really beautiful and durable. Would recommend! Quality, craftsmanship and easy to install!

Sleek, great for tight spaces, not super solid feeling compared to other faucets but then again it is just naturally sleeker and thinner

Very nice design. We have not yet installed this faucet as our remodel is scheduled for July 2021 (will update once installed).
