Sturdy and looks nice, exactly as pictured. (Though unfortunately the cat is not at all interested in it!)
The scratching posts have staples on the surface to hold the rope which is not ideal - claws could get caught. There were a couple of small chips in the wood but easily covered up with permanent marker.
Edit - update a month later: Cat now uses the tree regularly. Enjoys sitting and snoozing in the top perch. Going up and down she has to plan her jumps and choose her footing carefully given the layout, but it doesn't seem to be a problem. Doesn't use the posts or hammocks but maybe that will come in time too. I would still say the product is sturdy and well constructed but it does wiggle while being climbed so I did install the anti-tipping strap and took some other measures to secure it.. Nora.
