I had a horrible experience ordering from Wayfair. They sent me defective lanterns that were completely different colors, and when I requested a refund, they refused to refund the shipping fee, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. On top of that, their customer service was unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. I will never purchase from here again!
