If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered this 8x12 after having a very positive rug purchasing experience earlier this year through Wayfair. I considered multiple other options and even submitted questions to Wayfair customer support before buying. This rug arrived today and I cannot believe what a horrible representation it is of the item shown on the website. The item shown on the website is indicated to be a wool rug made with power loom. This is very clearly a mostly polyester rug with a printed or stamped pattern. When I move my hand over the rug fibers you can see that they are white at the base, which I tried to capture in the photo. This was priced as a 1300 rug. I seriously am beyond disappointed that Wayfair would think this piece of garbage was worth even half that. It is going back ASAP. We LOVE this rug in our kitchen. It's color is rich and beautiful. The rug is soft, but looks like it's printed and not woven. You should know that the line on the outer edge of our rug is not totally straight, looks like it was printed on- but I don't mind as I only wanted the rug for a pop of color and it does that! This is a beautiful rug. The all over design is lovely and the rug is soft underfoot. The colors are very nice, especially the small bits of blue, as it's hard to find a blue that isn't either turquoise or navy. I purchased this rug in the smallest size to check it out before ordering a large room size. It's the best way I could think of as I am very sensitive to color.. Anonyme. Tue Jun 25 2024
