This product was not as advertised. The color was advertised ombre dark blue arrived to my clients as purple. I was very disappointed since we ordered x2 8x10 for a commercial setting. As a designer it is very hard to have client issues and resolve them after a negative experience. The customer service at Wayfair has been exceptional.
Returns cost my small business in work hours lost and customer satisfaction. This experience will cost me CA gas as well as man hours repackaging huge 8x10 rugs for my clients and time lost finding a replacement trying to make up for the delayed shipping time of over a week and my business reputation.
