Photo #1 is what I ordered. Photo #2 is what I received. I wanted a green tone rug and as you can see the one I received is more blue. If you zoom in on #1 you can see a dark vine ~ fleur de lis type pattern in the rug. There is not one. I was kind of shocked to see in photo 3 that it is apparently a WHITE RUG that has been airbrushed or sprayed to achieve the colors? I ordered 8x10 and it was approx. 7’9”x 10 which would have been acceptable had the rug been anything like I expected. It was a very short pile and I was expecting a much thicker woven product for the price. (Over $1000.00). I will say it was the softest rug I’ve ever walked on. Which showed every single footprint. It just wasn’t what I was hoping to purchase for my home. Hopefully the refund goes through as smoothly as it appears online. I’m super sad because it looked gorgeous on the website.. Christine.
