When I reached out to Wayfair, their response was, "We’ve followed up with the manufacturer regarding the discoloration you’ve experienced with your Avila pillow. They’ve advised that these pillows are designed for seasonal outdoor use and should be limited to approximately 100 hours of direct sunlight exposure.
To help minimize fading or discoloration, they recommend storing the pillows away or keeping them out of direct sunlight when not in use. They also noted that some degree of discoloration and fading can occur over time with normal outdoor use.
We understand this may be disappointing, especially if the pillow was placed in a relatively shaded area. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding." This information is not listed on the Wayfair page, and no solution was offered.. Dawn.
