The couch arrived in three separate, heavy-ish boxes. They were packaged tightly and all the cushions and pillows were vacuum-sealed in double plastic bags to ensure freshness. They were packed very well but also contributed to more trash to discard. I removed the cushions and pillows from the bags to allow them time to expand out-gas. All the directions and hardware were easy to find and follow. Allen wrenches were supplied and utilized. I accidentally assembled a backrest upside down but quickly realized my mistake and fixed it. It was very easy to assemble the pieces and install the plastic feet. The sections go together very easily and snugly. I’m 6’2”, and this couch is not too small for me. It’s comfortable and easy to get out of as well. The sleeper portion is comfortable to utilize even when chilling on the couch. The sides of the arm rests have sleevespouches for things like snacks, magazines, books, etc. The dual USB plugs, one USB A and one USB C are conveniently located on an armrest that can be configured on either side of the sofa. The material is comfortable, heavy duty, and cleans up easily. The slider for the sleeper has wheels that roll quietly and easily. The couch is VERY durable and earns a 5 star review.. Cassidy.
