Transform weeknight dinners, Sunday brunches and more with our cast iron plancha that’s ideal for bacon, burgers, steaks, pancakes—you name it. This versatile plancha is designed for use on the stove or grill…and it is even induction optimized! The plancha makes grilling seafood, shellfish, meat and veggies that tend to fall through the grill even easier—and more delicious, as cooking on the plancha allows you to quickly pour over juices and marinades that enhance flavor. Staying indoors? You’ll also love it for sheet pan dinners, pizza, cookies and more! And when it comes time to eat, simply set it on the table…and serve. Our multitasking plancha features a classic, rectangular shape and clean modern lines, performing double duty as an elegant serving plate.
Unlike a traditional griddle, our STAUB cast iron plancha allows for a higher concentration of heat along the cooking surface, and just like its other cast iron counterparts, retains and distributes heat like no other. And its large cooking surface, provides plenty of space for meals together as a family or with guests.
Great to have when your family lives burger and bacons. I’ve yet to test it on other recipes, although not advisable for pancakes. Maryset. Wheaton, IL. Tue May 25 2021
