The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!!
I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one!
However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time.
There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it.
If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! I was really hoping it was going to be perfect for my newly remodeled room, but I’m already thinking of changing this one. Velichka. Saint Marys, PA. Thu Aug 06 2026
