I spent days on this website reading through reviews and comparing different couches before deciding on this one. This one seemed to have some of the better reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I wanted to leave a realistic review based on what I actually received, because the advertised pictures and the actual product are a little different.
The set arrived in three large, tall boxes. I was expecting all three boxes to be delivered within about three days, but unfortunately, only one box arrived on time. I then had to wait about another week for the remaining boxes to arrive, so I wasn’t able to fully set up and use the couch right away.
The color is really nice, and I think the design on the back piece is cute.
I do wish the sofa had more support for people on the heavier side. Since it’s a boneless couch, there’s no backboard or frame underneath to provide that extra support. The sofa does sink in with more weight. I’m around 130 lbs, and I personally don’t have an issue with it sinking, but I could see someone on the heavier side experiencing more sinking.
The biggest difference I noticed is the fabric. I wouldn’t say the couch looks exactly like the pictures advertised. The pictures show the fabric looking much smoother, fuller, and more uniform, while the couch I received has noticeably more wrinkles. I’ve had it deflated for a couple of days, hoping the wrinkles would disappear once the fabric settled, but they’re still there.
The tufted buttons are also a cute detail, although they don’t look quite as defined as they do in the advertised pictures.
Also, the sofa does not come with the storage side pockets shown in the advertised pictures. I was expecting those since they’re shown as one of the features, but they were not included with mine.
Other than that, I think this is a pretty good option if you’re looking for a comfortable couch that’s easy to rearrange. It’s very spacious, and the seating area is nice and wide.
Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if the fabric material and appearance were closer to what is shown in the advertised pictures and if all of the advertised features were included. As of right now, there are some differences between what is shown online and what I received, but overall, I’m still happy with the comfort, size, and flexibility of the couch.. Katherine.
