This is a rating for both the fountain and the great service. I've been looking at real rock water features for a while, always scared off by how much they weigh. I saw this and the positive ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered and it arrived in a couple of days. During the ordering process, I cheaped out and decided I could install it by myself. Little did I know my front yard was mostly rock. I started a chat on the Wayfair site, first with AI then quickly escalated to a real person and I was VERY happy to find out that I could add assembly after it had arrived. That was scheduled for two days later. The day before I called the installation services to make sure they knew it included digging a hole. A very friendly and helpful associate, Esther, put me on hold a few times to pull up the actual instructions and size hole required. She then confirmed that she had made them aware of the required digging. They arrived on time today and an hour later I had a working fountain that I couldn't be happier with - both looks and sound.
