We used this under the Christmas tree and now it’s in the playroom. It’s so soft and great for lounging on to play. The bottom is textured to help it stay put and worked well for us without a pad underneath. This rug is just beautiful! The colors are not nearly as bright as they appear on the Wayfair site, which is just what I had hoped. The wool is soft and has a nice texture and pattern.
