Replaced a 15yr old Moen single lever faucet that was installed by the builder when my house was built wife likes the single lever setup for the kids. Install was a breeze with the integrated supply lines, no need to use a basin wrench to connect supply lines to the faucet. Just drop the unit into the sink, tighten underneath, and connect the integrated supply lines directly to the shutoff valves. I took my time, used sealant, and also replaced the drain assembly while I was at it (this kit includes a really nice METAL drain assembly). The hardest part of the install was removing the old faucet and cleaning up the mess caused by the builder's installer (didn't use sealant around the faucet and drain, I had to remove years of crud and hard water stains before I could install the new set). Once installed, faucet works great, operation is nice and smooth, and has a very solid feel. Water flow is less than the prior unit due to new state and EPA requirements, but it is more than sufficient for normal use like washing hands, brushing teeth, etc. Finally, Wayfair purchase process was outstanding, unit arrived with all parts and instructions and price was way less than big-box home improvement stores.
