I installed it myself, it has a slight misalignment where the frame is not parallel to the countertop when you align the fawcet to the sink holes.
It installs easily, good fit between water lines and this fawcet. It is flimsy so don't tighten too much! It doesn't leak when snugged, so only tighten snug is good.
