WOW! what a great set of pans. I love cooking with cast iron .I saw this set here on Wayfair, they were on sale, so I had to grab them... Of course.. In my haste I did not read the description in its entirety and I was so pleased when I received them. These pans are coated, which means I did not have to season them before I used them. First time using them I literally just had to wipe them out with a damp cloth, and they were absolutely pristine! The sizes are also perfect.Ive never had a small cast iron pan before,and it turns out thats the one im using the most.
