Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. Ive been watching this gazebo for over a year and finally pulled the trigger when it went on sale for memorial day. It took 2 days to assemble with 4 people and a supporting cast of 3 wives grilling and refilling water bottles and of course telling us what was being done incorrectly.lol. It was a really enjoyable experience and the finished product is awesome. I layed out as many parts as I could to make it easier to grab what we needed per each step.
