During the Christmas season this came to me right on time. Fast delivery. This is a small washer. I love it because I am in control of just how long my laundry is washing, how much rinsing I want to do and how long I want the water extracted from the clothing. I hang the clothing up on hangers and let them dry naturally. Depends on the humidity in the air and heat as to how long, some things in minutes and heavier, longer time, however, you can extract more water but running the extractor side longer. It can wash 4 full sized towels with no problems. I have had to do extra loads but I believe I can get this down to a few loads a week for 2 people and 4 dogs. I bypassed the kitchen. Put this on my front porch. I use my hose to fill the washer up, rinsing, and I keep some water around for rinsing. I have the drain hose piped outside for water for the trees down the hill. I do not need much soap but I do use baking soda to help the soap get the job done and helps with odors. Hang the clothing up outside for an incredible fresh smell. It is small, I can move it. I love using it. It is fun. I am in control instead of the machine and for me, that is important. I can stop the load and let it soak as long as I want where the newer washers will drain automatically. It is not an automatic washer. But it is a lot easier than washing everything by hand. This would never keep up with a family. For a couple old folks and dogs, it is just right. Laundry mat for the bigger stuff. Perfect solution for anyone that wants to be able to control their laundry and do not need to do a lot at a time. I love it. I got the extended warranty. Extractor side is a metal drum. I love watching the washer churn the clothing in different directions. I love this washer. I love that a cover comes down over the knobs. Keeps it looking cleaner. I am impressed at how well this washer cleans and how dry the extractor gets the clothing. It has reached all my expectations. It I could change anything it would be the way you can hook the washer up to the sink. I use a hose or a bucket. I have seen pics of folks that do hook it up to a sink. If this one ever goes by the wayside, I will get another one. I am 66 years old and this is not the easiest way to do wash, but finally, I am in control how clean and how rinsed things are. The extractor stops on a dime for safety. Powerful spinner. Powerful washer. A hit! Added benefit for buying this machine is it with the personal touch my clothes are rinsed out so well. I keep adding water to the extractor side until the rinse water runs clean. I love getting left over soap out of the clothing. Leave things smelling so much better and nicer to get the chemicals out and off the skin with fragrances it offend others like most scented laundry products. I love this washer so much. The more I use it, the more I Iove it. So glad I got this washer! Folks think it is cute.
