This unit is huge! The wheels make it even taller. I am 5’4” and it is as tall as my hip. It works by recycling the heat from the hottest containers. When I had the family over, I put the hottest tray (string beans) on the bottom with the hopes the heat would rise. And nice that it didn’t continue to cook like it may have if I were keeping the trays warm in the oven. It all stayed moderately warm if I kept the locks closed. The locks are super secure. No way the door flies open without you purposefully unlocking it. Even when driving.
