The chair itself is very comfortable with a supportive seat and high back, and the fabric feels durable while still being soft. The neutral color works well in the room, and the storage ottoman is spacious and sturdy—perfect for blankets or pillows and works great as a footrest.
Unfortunately, the built-in traycup holder was broken off when the chair arrived, which was disappointing. That said, the rest of the chair and ottoman were in good condition and feel well made. Assembly was still simple, and the set is functional and comfortable overall.
