This chair is a little bit firm, but I'd rather that than too soft, as it will likely get softer over time. It's a little weird that the back is a separate piece (for shipping ease) that you have to put together yourself, so you get a line along the back. Colour is true to the site. Only complaint is that delivery company never calls to say when they are coming. I have to monitor the delivery with the tracking number myself and watch for changes for expected delivery date. Still a good value, I saw a chair at IKEA for about the same price that was not near as nice as this one, especially with the nail head detailing and free delivery, makes this a much better value.. The chair is so comfortable. My husband is 6'2" and loves to sit in it with his feet up. The only thing I found disappointing is that the wooden plugs to cover the screws are unfinished wood. Looks great, feels great. The assembly was probably the easiest I’ve ever done as everything was clearly labelled. Left the cushions out for about an hour to fluff out and get it’s shape. A nice looking chair. The colour is a rich brown that makes a nice accent to my green room. The padding in the seat cushion is a bit thin, though, so it wont be comfortable for long-term sitting (hence 4 stars)... but I bought this as an accent chair, so its perfect for that.
