I am extremely disappointed with this 9.5 Cu. Ft. Large Safe. It is unbelievably heavy, and the lower compartment arrived completely locked with no keys provided, making it impossible to open. For a product meant to secure important items, this level of inconvenience and lack of quality control is unacceptable. I’ve been trying to get help from the company, but I am still waiting for a solution. Due to its weight, returning it is not even an option.
