I received my Shark HV370C Rocket Pro Corded Stick Vacuum, today, delivered by FEDEX ground delivery service. The vacuum was really well packaged with an outer shipping box and then the commercial product box both of which were of heavy construction. I have another Shark Rocket corded stick vacuum, the HV300 version and though that one does not convert to a hand vacuum it is still very light weight and manouverable especially in tight spaces and under furniture. I can't believe how much dust these vacuums manage to suck up out of my carpets. I used to have a Samsung upright vacuum and I thought it had lots of suction power but, when I ran the Shark vacuum over the same carpet after vacuuming it with the Samsung, it was like the Samsung had barely picked anything up and the dust bin on the Shark was almost full with lint and fine dust and dirt.
