I liked my first two of these so much I ordered a third one! BTW, it’s PINK, not purple. The color I received is just as pictured. Something else not clear from the description was that each of the carrier’s three tiers has its own cover. This carrier is really a set of 3 identical containers that can be stacked and attached to each other or used individually. Each latch (4/container) secures the lid and will also connect to the container above it. The cover handles are sturdy and fold down flat. The trays have a smooth side and a cupcake side and lift out easily so no worrying about frosting goo on you hands.
Latches lock VERY tightly on each of the 4 sides. I can’t imagine these containers coming unlatched accidentally unless dropped from a moving car. In fact, I use a spoon or tool to help pop them open (arthritis). Extra latches are included.
Cupcakes were fairly secure in the tray rings and made the first trip successfully. (Keep it level and no bumping!) The empty carrier tiers and lids store compactly.. Barbara. US. Wed Apr 24 2024
