This bed is very sturdy and was pretty easy to put together. Definitely what I was looking for the style. The color is as is shown on the website I think the price could be cheaper I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price that they have it priced at maybe should be listed as 300-400 max since it’s not real wood. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down.
