The tub itself is beautiful, however it arrived with cosmetic damage to the one side of the tub rim. Wayfair customer service was excellent to deal with and they ended up sending me a replacement for free. Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived with damage to the tub finish, though not on the side that will be visible once installed. Not wanting to give it a third try, we will just be installing the second one received. Wayfair did compensate for the damage by offering a partial refund. its a nice tub and looks good. However, my contractor told me the material of contacting pipe is cheap material, and will not last long time. It may cause leaking a few years later. In fact, 1st time trying, it's leaking, leaking from that white connecting pipe, then, we ended open a hole on the 1st floor ceiling to replace the pipe. :-( :-(. Christine.
