Accent Wall in a Box is manufactured using a patented process that accelerates weathering. There are no VOCs used in our process to achieve these beautiful natural colours. A box contains (10) boards, 40 linear feet at approximately 18.33 square feet of coverage. It is manufactured from premium pine and features a reversible texture. Each piece has a band sawn and a circle-sawn texture. All boards have a square edge. Accent Wall in a Box adds character to any space and can transform a room into something truly special. It can be used on ceilings, walls, doors, or furniture.
The finished product is absolutely beautiful. Easy to install, just as any shiplap. The reason for the 4 stars is due to quality control of the boards. There were SEVERAL boards in the six packs I bought that had holes greater than 1 inch in diameter. This meant I has 2 choices: 1) see the painted wall through the holes or 2) cut the boards to get rid of the hole. I chose option 2 because I didnt want a white wall visible through a black board. Or to try to match paint to the multiple colors of boards (black, light brown, dark brown, etc). However, this meant I had to really watch my placement and cuts and ultimately ended with only 18 inches of board left, when the room was finished.
