Although we’ve only had this for two weeks, it seems to be a very good product. Well-constructed. Solid. We installed on a brick wall so a hammer drill made the process much easier. My only reason for four stars instead of 5 is that the instructions are a bit lacking, especially in figuring exactly which hanger mounting holes make the best sense to utilize given the TV’s size and the location of outlets. Our power outlet was toward the bottom of the TV so we had to mount the brackets “not too high and not too low” on the back or the TV in order to block the outlet from view yet allow enough clearance over our mantel for decorations.
