I ordered this rug to put down in my bedroom. My bedroom has concrete floors (I live in a walk-ups basement), so I bought a thick rug pad and put this on top. It looks wonderful and matches the colors in the picture exactly. It's soft but not too plush, just soft enough for your feet! I ordered the 8.3 x 11 and it was true to size.
