This is a tough one. I’m basing my 4-star review on the product not the process. I’d give the process 2 stars. While the table was shipped to me in brilliant packaging (the largest circular pieces of styrofoam you’ll ever see), and I assembled it in no time, the chairs were packed in a flimsy box that fell apart at some point in transit and was wrapped along the way in packing tape poorly, leaving a big hole through which the hardware (screws etc) fell out. While the manufacturer to their credit did send me replacement parts, it took weeks! The product itself only took a few days but the replacement parts apparently had to come all the way from China. It was very frustrating. Then when I finally got them I realized that the pre-drilled holes on the seat back of one chair was misaligned, but I just accepted it and only used 3 instead of 4 screws and it seems to be holding fine. Overall, it looks great and is what I wanted but that annoyance makes me remove one star.. Anonyme. Wed Oct 07 2026
