Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. Well designed. Like all storage units, larger bottles will diminish capacity but this one works better than most. Bottom 2 shelves are shorter (motor behind) and hold less, so a perfect place to remove and use for specialty bottles as shown here (3 liter in box with a 1.5 liter behind it). Door was fairly easy to switch sides, requires 2 people.
