Great look and function for the price!

This was one of many items ordered for my clients' whole home remodel project, it arrived quickly and looks great! I would buy this item again!

This has been my 4th range ordered from Wayfair. This by far was the worst experience ever. The delivery date was never met and was changed 3 times. It would never have arrived had I not made contact with customer service several times. After speaking with them, I found out that they only drop this range off at your front door, all 200+ pounds of it. The customer service rep whom I spoke with on several occasions, suggested I "tip" the delivery crew for them to carry the unit to the second floor where it was needed. If that failed, maybe rent a forklift to raise it to the second floor deck to muscle it in the rest of the way. He offered to pay for the tip or rental and discount the unit further for the troubles I was put through for almost 2 weeks. The delivery guys were great, once the unit finally arrived. They did carry it up the steps, all 3 men that it took. I tipped them happily. However, my Wayfair customer service representative, a male, would not answer my phone calls or return them, to talk about my promised discount and tip refund. To this day, I have not heard back from him or received any money back. As far as the stove goes, it has no simmer burner, which is ridiculous for an expensive unit such as this. All 3 other ranges purchased from Wayfair over the years had simmer burners. Also, you cant read the oven dial to see the temperature setting. The convection fan button does not have a light to signal that it is on. I left it on for a week and never new it. If you like to cook, this is not the range to buy.
