I needed an additional option for cooking meals while my kitchen is being remodeled. I decided to try the induction cooker after testing the features I have used it for boiling water, frying breakfast foods, sautéing veggies and frying various meats. The nine power levels and ten temperature controls makes it easy to ensure consistency in preparing my meals. I like the warming feature which keeps food at an even temperature when seconds are desired during meal times. The digital timer is easy to navigate. I was able to use some of my current cookware that are compatible with the heating element. Storage is convenient because of the size of the cooker. Cleaning is a breeze.

The Aaobosi cooktop is as good as it gets. I had never used induction so wasn’t sure what the “big deal” was. It came packed well and wasn’t real heavy. That made me a little nervous. I took it out of the box and it looked great. Pretty high end looking. (For a portable cooktop) didn’t look cheap and it isn’t flimsy. It is well made. I first used it to make some famous Eastern NC bbq sauce. From cold ingredients, start to a rolling boil was just shy of 10 minutes. I have a cooktop range that is not induction. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to that rolling boil stage. You have to make sure you have pans that are compatible with induction. The until from what I could tell will not work. You can check if yours are compatible by taking a magnet to the bottom. If it holds they can be used. My pans were good, as well as my enameled cast iron and my regular cast iron pans. FYI it was a real treat making one pot taco spaghetti since it gets to temp so quickly. Everything cooked uniformly. You can adjust the watts to what you are cooking. You can also adjust the temp. As well. I have a feeling this will be used more than my stove, especially in the summer. I highly recommend this!

This was an introduction to induction, I’m now a lifer and have ordered a new ovenstove for my house. The speed at which the single burner boils water blew me away, the even cooking temp and the keep warm option are truly amazing. For a compact single burner this one is extremely effective and worth the purchase.

We were looking for an electric alternative ,to our gas stove and oven because I’ve always been terrified of them.If I’m alone, I won’t touch them. My husband and I ,love to cook, but I feel safer with this electric induction cooktop. It’s amazing that this portable single burner induction cooktop has so many features and options to choose from.Very easy to use and looks very nice on top of the counter. It has 9 power levels and 10 temperature levels.It also has a child lock function. It cleans very easily with a moist cloth and a mild liquid detergent. The size is perfect because it fits inside your cabinets, ready to use. Highly recommended.

I wanted an alternative cooking source since I have a gas stove and this works pretty decent. It heats up extremely fast, but then you need to give it a minute to level out. I wish I had more control over the temperature setting, they are preset. If you notice in the one picture that shows the blank temperature window there’s two white specs under the glass, absolutely driving me nuts. I would recommend this for certain things, but if you need more precise temperature settings, this may not work for you.
