The steam mop seems fine. The package was missing some of the accessories. I’ve requested replacement parts but haven’t heard back from Wayfair. I like how it heats up quickly. Wish I had all the parts as one of the things I was most excited about was the window cleaning which was one of the parts missing from the box.

It was supposed to be cordless on the website according to Wayfair it wasn’t returned that very unhappy that it was not cordless
