It’s a great hood. It’s attractive and suits my new kitchen. It does what I want it to do, which is to take cooking odors out of the house. My workers will finish the installation next week. My only concern is that it is a bit too loud. Update: Yes, it is very loud. We joke about take off and landing. Because we have an open floorpan we eat near our cooking area and we need to turn off the fan before any conversation can take place. One of the lights burned out very quickly. But as far as clearing the room of cooking smells, it still does the job and I am not unhappy with it, especially for the price.
