Brio Free Standing Top Loading Water Dispenser

Purchased this unit and it was super easy to setup and install myself. Didn’t need a plumber. However- the lever the cup presses against to open water flow is a big fail. Upon removing your cup, the stream of water does not shut off, and water gets all over the floor every time. I have tried to figure out how to remove my cup to prevent the water spill etc… and I thought… I shouldn’t have to do all this to fix the issue. I just didn’t want to return this item and go without a water cooler u til another one was shipped out. But I had to return it. I purchased another Brio bottleless system and shipped this one back.

This is the third waterless tank we ordered. This isn’t even the one we received. A different tank was in the box. I got credit back for the difference because we received a lower quality system with 3 filters. I give that one a 2. It is very noisy and every time you get water the the water spills on the floor. Poor design

Very convenient and money saving item . Every home should have one.

Bought this 3 months ago for an Airbnb that’s barely gets rented and it is already blinking red light and beeping. I’ve tried putting new filters in but beeping and blinking continues.
