Easy set up. Works as i needed to replace cooler with expensive 5 gallon bottles

We purchased this unit for office usage (2 people). After changing out the filters, which was a chore. We tested the water against our city tap water. The brio water dispenser read 149ppm and the city tap water read 156ppm. Most charts show that 200ppm is "marginally acceptable". You would think that a four-stage filtration system would have much better readings than that. We reached out to BRIO and were told that we would need a reverse osmosis system to get better reading and more pure drinking water. Really? These readings are not better than your standard single filtration system on a household refrigerator. This was a big disappointment and waste of money. Wish we would have tested the water after initial set up, we would have returned it immediately.

Bought this cooler about 2 months ago and so far, it has been great. I did not need to carry heavy bottles anymore and wait for the delivery. The customer service here was excellent, they answer your inquiry in an appropriate and timely manner. This has been one of the most rewarding purchase I have made during this pandemic, other than the sanitizers etc. Thanks for a great tasting water. My family loves it!!!

Have no complaints, best water cooler I've ever used.

I brought this about 3-4 months now. The compressor motor is so loud that I can hear it in the other room with the door closed. I thought I can get use to the noise but never did and feel like it got worse.
