My husband love it

Purchased June 28 2026 and early August the cold water stopped getting cold. I done every troubleshooting suggestion and the water still is never cold. The copper "dryer" that is close to the compressor had frost on it which with the issues I am having more than likely means that the line had a small leak and now all the freon is gone. I considered returning since it's under warranty, but I have to pay that expense even though it isn't my fault and what if I'm sent another that is bad? I don't want to spend even more money and still be in the same mess I am now. I purchased the cheaper one because I don't have the kind of money some people do

I love having water at 3 different temperatures immediately available, but it's very, very noisy. I wasn't expecting it to be that loud.

Unit is Less then a year old keeps freezing cold unit, have to unplug to defrost every week. Not reliable in home unit.

amazing product no issues to this point and i have had the product for 4 months now
