This thing is great! I love it. It's way better than the Avalon one I had prior.

We originally ordered a Brio 300 Series 3-Stage water cooler for our office. There were some initial leakage issues with it, but once this was resolved, we found the design of the cooler to be troublesome. The arms that your cup pushes to dispense water are positioned such that it is impossible to pull the cup away without water to continue to pour out, ending up on the floor around the cooler. We returned that unit and replaced it with this 400 Series 2-Stage cooler. Despite one less filter, the water tastes fine, much better than our tap water. Rather than arms that push in to dispense water, this model has buttons along the top to dispense hot, room temp or cold water. This eliminates the issues with water flowing onto the floor, and keeps our employees safe from slip hazards.

Very nice compared to the old Avalon cooler. This looks a lot nicer and the filters seem to work better. Water tastes better then the Avalon filters.

As expected, fast delivery. Easy to install. Everything needed was included plus extra filters

I bought this and have been using it off and no now for two weeks. . The cold water is no we’re as cold as the water in the refrigerator. The hot water doesn’t get a hot as it does on the stove
