Good product and delivery and good time is perfect for my kitchen looks beautiful and I work perfect

First impressions are great!! It looks sleek, is easy to load, and has been working exactly as described. I love that the heated spout has a safety feature and can also be turned completely off by a switch at the back when not use. The night light feature is nice for the evenings and so far we've had no issues with any of it. Will try to update in the future if things change, but so far I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Hot Water has leaked since day 1. I have to leave a cup under it because it drips non stop.

I got mine approximately 3-4 weeks ago everything was great until it started doing a loud noise. Every time I serve water It makes a loud, annoying noise in the back.

Very nice looking in the kitchen works great. Front stainless steel door a little thin but looks good.
