Pros -makes ice super fast -compactconvenient -easy to use carry handle -good value for cost -noisy! Cons -ice is a bit wet when dumping into a bag to put into the freezer.. quick straining prevents clumping. All in all, it’s great!

UPDATE 2: I reached out to Wayfair to get a replacement ice maker, but since I was outside the 30-day return/exchange period, they gave me a 1-800 # to the manufacturer. That phone # didn't work, so I looked in the product manual. No phone # was listed there, but I found an email address. I emailed the manufacturer and explained the problem, and amazingly, they responded! After a few trouble-shooting emails back and forth, they agreed that the ice maker was fried, and promptly sent me a new one. I've only had the 2nd ice maker a few days, but so far, it works like a champ! Took a lot of effort to get the problem resolved, but happy we eventually got a properly working replacement ice maker. I just hope this one lasts more than a few months... UPDATE: We LOVED this ice maker, but it died recently. It's powered on but no longer making ice. Seems like the cooling feature isn't working. I'll see about getting a replacement, and if so, will update this review again. This compact ice maker is perfect for our MCM bar! It fits neatly in the corner, where we can hide the cord and plug. It makes bullet-shaped ice in small and large sizes. Making the ice is easy and fast. Very helpful when we go through a lot of ice from making iced tea or because we have people over. As silly as it may sound, the only negative feedback is related to the placement of the product sticker upon arrival. The sticker is put on the clear plastic lid, and there's no way to get all the gunk off without scratching or otherwise damaging the lid. Despite our best efforts to minimize damage, the clear lid is now foggy with minor scratches. It's not a dealbreaker, but just a silly problem to have due to a non-essential branding sticker.

The ice maker is a pretty good ice maker when you have no place to make ice in your own freezer. It’s really great especially if you are just making one drink, coladas and smoothies and what not, this is the appliance but definitely not for big parties or even 2 people is a bit much. I truly recommend it for that reason, one person drink.

Purchased this ice maker for our home bar. It is compact and makes ice quickly. It is quite noisy and has to be scooped out pretty frequently before it makes more. Not a bad value- overall pretty decent.

Ok this little thing is amazing. Got it to keep in our camper to have an ice supply. It makes ice so quickly and has a sensor for when it’s full. As soon as you take some ice out, it makes some more! I had planned on dumping the ice in a container to keep in the camper freezer but it really wasn’t necessary. I kept it in the ice maker, in the outdoor kitchen all weekend long in the August heat and had ice whenever we needed it! The pieces aren’t that big, although there is a small and large option. It came with a scoop and was very easy to fill our bottles up with. Also there is a drain plug at the bottom to empty the water out. Perfect size for a small family. Would work great in home, office or a camper.
