So far so good. Satisfied overall now that we got the right pressure and desired output and texture. I highly recommend a pressure regulator for this ice machine.

This is a really nicely built ice maker! I was worried it was going to look too cumbersome for as much ice as it makes, but the size is perfect to fit into a home utility room Or even kitchen without looking like a restaurant chain. We are waiting on the plumber to come install the water and sewer connections, so we haven’t seen it in action yet, but packagingshippinglooks all get 10 stars!

I got this for my work break room and it’s amazing. We only have a fridge with a built in icewater dispenser and after one person gets ice it’s out. We use this religiously. It is kind of loud, but not annoying. We did hire a professional to install and it was still kind of a hassle, but it was worth it. Highly recommend if you go through ice frequently.

Wow! This is not your typical small ice maker. I thought it would be a step up from the one the counter ones but it kicks out ice like a pro! You do need a water line and luckily it wasn’t hard to get one installed where we wanted it. If you want a lot of ice without taking up space this is it.
