We are excited for this commercial ice maker this summer at the lake house where we’re constantly having to buy bags of ice. It arrived quickly and was well package. It came out of the box as you see in the pictures except snapping on the lift door, so it doesn’t get better than that for assembly. I did need to get an adaptor for the pipes to run the water lines, but it was easy and quick.

From the description, I couldn't tell if this required a water line and/or a drain line. I feel like that needs to be better specified. Turns out it has an attachment to hook to a water spout and it does need a drain line. I'm unsure if we'll be able to use it in that capacity. On the inside ours had a dirty old screwdriver?? And it was also stick on the inside ...I think from the citric acid packets that are included. It looks nice and came packaged well in one piece (just have to screw on the legs.
