When ordered, Wayfair showed delivery date 3 days later. Order confirmation email said delivery 2 days after that. It was delayed yet another day because Wayfair didn't ship it in a timely manner. Had to postpone another 6 days because I was leaving town for 5 days. So order that originally showed delivery in 3 days arrived in 12 days because Wayfair couldn't perform as advertised. On positive side, price plus extended warranty was same as local dealer without extended warranty. Range hood had very good ratings on multiple sites, but I don't totally agree--on the lowest fan setting, it is quite loud, contrary to noise level claims in description, and on high it competes with noise level of my whole house fan on high, and far too noisy for a home kitchen. Light is very bright, but my previous 35-yeqr old hood had 2 settings, this only one--on or off. I'd prefer to dim the light some times. It is quite heavy, but it does look good at least.

Nice exhaust, heavier than other range hoods, but well built. 3 speeds and can be very loud in 3, but rapidly evacuates smoke. Shipped with enough protection to prevent damage during transit, very happy with it.

We had to buy a new hood due to a kitchen remodel and we are very happy with the one we selected. It looks very modern and basically disappears into the kitchen for a seamless look. The two lights underneath provide excllent visibility and the fans are very quiet.

Great hood, functions really well. Only thing is that online it said it had changeable vent positions- could vent upwards or straight back and it actually only can vent straight up.
