Designed by someone intelligent that thought of real world improvements over competitors.
Clock If you choose to not set the clock, it stops blinking after a few minutes. Also can simply set it OFF setting. Especially nice if you want the room dark at night. No perpetual blinking. Intuitive to set clock.
Quick 30 seconds start button. Youd think this would be standard, but there is a brand that doesnt have it. Cosmo has it!
Door Easy grab from bottom or side is huge... no wrong guessing when reaching to open and no smashing fingers (could be a music band name) when closing the door. See photo of finger depth even when door is closed.
Keypad buttons have correct visible contrast, unlike a different brand that was unreadable if you didnt turn on bright lights in your kitchen. Get a snack at night without disturbing your circadian rhythm with light, and can use the buttons after your night vision is limited because you just opened your bright fridge before you go to the micro.
Huge inside... like an expansive warehouse. Cosmo fully utilizes the width and depth of the slim cabinet to maximize the interior capacity. Turntable plate is an inch larger diameter than another brands 30 slim.
Slim outside... Cosmo is about an inch slimmer height than competitor, so more space for cooking on your range.
Fan is really strong, and quiet, and simple two speeds means less cycling the button through multiple speeds when intending to turn it off.
Light above range is bright, and LED is low power and cooler, no scorching hands on halogen when lifting up a spoon from a pot or burning back of my bald head when I wanted to sniff whats on the range. Simple two brightness settings. No need to cycle through a night-light setting because the LED clock offers nice night illumination (or turn it off if you want).
I truly appreciate intelligent design and this Cosmo microwave is great, and good looking.
