So far so good after a week! The propane conversion (purchased directly from Cosmo) was not difficult. Small scratch on glass. Will update as time goes on!

Overall a good looking commercial oven for the price! The settings are a little different than your normal brand name stoveoven. But read the instructions and you should be fine. Not fully installed but picture for reference.

We recently bought a 170 year old farmhouse and slowly renovating. We’re on a tight budget and this fit the bill. We replaced a 1970s 36 inch gas stove with this beauty. I did the gas connection myself but had my electrician install the 50 amp outlet. Burners are powerful and the oven is great. It does take as long as the old one to preheat , but once it gets going, it’s really true convection. I’m a former chef and really wanted the kind of stove I had in my restaurant and food truck. This one is better. I’m buying a griddle for it this weekend

works well, but the burner lighting function is very tempermental and difficult to master. There are many different settings, but the directions are useless. Also, the oven has a fan features that runs on and off for hours after you're done using it. If that noise may bother you - don't purchase!
