I’m trying this washer today. 5 different loads. After that I can say that I like it. It’s very convenient , easy to operate ! I hope it does stay like today! Today is May 3.2026 , it’s exactly one year after this washing machine was delivered to me. The washer leak everywhere. I called costumer service for replacement, but I’m not eligible because I bought it in April 25 2025. Delivered on May 3 2025. So, one year warranty is exactly one year!!!! It can’t be count on the day of purchase, because I didn’t own it yet. Therefore I’m demanding full refund or replacement! My review is that this machine made in China is garbage! I want somebody from management to contact me please!!

This is a life saver for me! I live in an upstairs apartment and it was so tiring going up and down stairs with heavy baskets of laundry, especially on rainy or hot days. I was so hesitant to buy this item bc of other reviews I read on different websites, but I chose Wayfair and I'm happy I did. The only thing I was sad about was one of the springs that attaches the drum inside the washer came apart during delivery. But I figured it was a simple fix, so I watched enough youtube videos and channeled my father's fix it man spirit and repaired it myself lol.
