this is my second ice maker and it is by far a better quality than the first one I ordered.

We had this machine for 1.5 months and were very happy with it. Until one day the cooling fan started making an unbearable high-pitched squeal. I contacted both Costway and Wayfair Customer Service and they basically told me that they could do nothing for me. Incredibly disappointing. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to not be able to stand behind a product that stopped working less than 60 days after purchasing. They are basically forcing you to purchase additional protection in order to help you.
