Takes up more space on the counter than I expected but other than that, it makes ice immediately in 3 different sizes. It recycles water so there is no wasted cube. There is a little bit of sound if you leave it plugged in and running all the time but it is in our game room so it doesn't bother us as much. Perfect machine for the perfect price.

ice machine stopped making ice after 1 day and machine got hot. I am asking for a refund because I cannot trust another machine. I have animals and foster I can't trust another machine that could possibly get hot again.

The company gave the wrong description of this product, it said that it was self cleaning, it is not. They said it was drain free, it is not. The company contacted me, and didn’t even offer to replace it or say they’d change the description on the wayfair app. They basically ghosted me via email. I had already had my son set it up because it was so heavy! He had already thrown the box in the dumpster, plugged in and using it by the time I got home from work and read through the manual. So I guess it’s mine now The ice maker is nice, but because of the hard water in my apartment I needed drain free because the lime scale destroys the plug, I needed it to self clean because I don’t have the time to constantly clean it due to my hard water. Even wayfair didn’t offer to replace it or send out a shipping label. This ice maker is really nice, huge, but nice. Makes a lot of ice, but a little bigger than our counter can provide. I guess I’m just disappointed with the company itself, and the way that wayfair just brushed me off to them.

I give this ice machine 5 stars. It is not that loud. It also self-cleaning. It makes ice quickly and is easy to use. It's also nice and big. You also have 2 size ices to choose from and the ice machine lets you know when ice is full, needs water etc... Ice does say frozen. I keep it on all the time, and I have more than enough ice and we love our ice.
