We are extremely happy with this water cooler. We were renting one through a water company and opted to purchase this one. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill. The water cool is also very light and easy to move (without the water jug of course). It also serves as a great stand for my Miko humidifier. 5 stars from me!

I wish I could give this product zero stars. I purchased it for my office in February 2025. By July 2025, it started making a loud noise. I followed the troubleshooting instructions but couldn’t fix the issue. When I reached out to Wayfair for assistance, I was told that it had been more than 30 days since my purchase, and they would not replace it or do anything to resolve the situation. As a result, I had to buy a whole new unit (not from Wayfair). I am very disappointed with the outcome and would think twice about buying similar products from Wayfair in the future.

So far, my only complaint is that it’s a little noisy when re-filling the tank. Other than that, it’s great, looks nice and gets the job done. I’m happy not to have to have to lift those heavy bottles to the top of the dispenser anymore too. So far, so good.
